I teach yoga classes in Hamilton Pilates Studio on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7 pm. I firmly believe yoga is for everyone - whatever your age, shape, size, fitness, or flexibility, there is a place on a yoga mat for you! My classes focus on the union of mind and body and aim to help you relax, build strength and flexibility, and to help you find moments of peace and serenity in busy lives.
